Prebet Terms & Conditions of Platform Use

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the prebet platform at https://prebet.app or our mobile application, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out in this document ("Terms"). These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and prebet ("Platform", "us", "we").

2. Account Creation & Security
Account Registration
Each user is permitted to hold only one active account on the prebet platform. Registering more than one account under the same individual is prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being permanently suspended or closed.
Information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. This includes your full name, phone number, and any details required for identity verification. prebet reserves the right to decline registrations or suspend accounts where the information provided is found to be inaccurate or false.
Password Security
You are solely responsible for keeping your account password and login credentials confidential. prebet will never ask for your password via email, SMS, or any other communication channel. Account Suspension and Closure
Prebet reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account without prior notice if there is evidence of fraud, system abuse, attempts to manipulate games, or any breach of these Terms. Valid balances in accounts closed due to a terms violation may not be refunded, subject to assessment on a case-by-case basis.
3. User Responsibilities and Platform Rules
As a prebet platform user, you agree to comply with all of the following rules at all times:
- Not using the platform for any purpose that violates Malaysian law or any other applicable jurisdiction.
- Do not attempt to access any systems, databases, or other users' accounts without proper authorisation.
- Not using automated software, bots, or tools designed to manipulate game outcomes or exploit the prebet system.
- Not sharing your account with others or allowing any third party to access your account.
- Do not use the platform if you are located in a jurisdiction where access to such services is prohibited under local law.
- You are fully responsible for all activities carried out through your account, regardless of whether those activities were performed by you directly or not.
Violating any of the above rules may result in the immediate suspension of your account and legal action where prebet deems it necessary.
4. Payment and Transaction Information
Currency
All transactions on the prebet platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). No currency conversion is required for deposits or withdrawals. Foreign exchange rates do not apply to local payments made via supported methods.
Payment Methods

Identity Verification for Withdrawals
For security and fraud prevention purposes, identity verification is required before your first withdrawal is processed. Required documents may include a copy of your identity card (MyKad) and proof of ownership of your payment method. Withdrawal requests that cannot be verified will be placed on hold until the verification process is complete.
Processing Times
Deposits are typically credited to your prebet account within minutes. Withdrawals are processed within the timeframe set by your chosen payment method — usually ranging from a few minutes to one business day for local methods. prebet is not liable for delays caused by third-party financial institutions.
5. Liability Limitations and Intellectual Property

The prebet platform is provided on an "as is" basis without any express or implied warranties. prebet accepts no liability for losses arising from service interruptions, technical errors, or circumstances beyond our control, including internet connectivity issues, third-party server failures, or natural disasters.
Prebet's maximum total liability to any user for any claim arising from the use of the platform is limited to the amount deposited by that user in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Intellectual Property
All content on the prebet platform — including brand names, logos, interface designs, text, images, software, and code — is the exclusive property of prebet or its licensors. Users may not copy, distribute, modify, or exploit any platform content without prior written permission from prebet.

The prebet platform may contain links to third-party websites or services for informational convenience only. prebet is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third-party sites. Use of third-party websites is entirely at the user's own risk.
6. Changes to Terms and Governing Law
Right to Modify Terms

Governing Law

Severability
